All Consoles App Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Gary Crosby, an individual developer based in the United Kingdom (“we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information when you use the All Consoles App (the “App”) or contact us for support.

You can use the App without creating an account. Much of your game activity takes place on your device. Some information is processed to provide online games, purchases, optional cloud features, support, and App diagnostics.

1. Game files and information on your device

Game files and firmware you import, local saves, your library, controller settings, and App preferences are stored on your device or in a storage location you choose. We do not receive or scan the contents of imported ROMs, disc images, or firmware.

If you choose a file from the Files app or store it in iCloud Drive, that storage is managed through your Apple Account or the storage provider you selected.

If you enable an optional iCloud save feature, the relevant saves are stored through Apple’s iCloud service. We do not use the contents of imported games or saves for analytics or advertising.

2. Information we process

We process the following categories of information when needed for the App:

Purchases and free access. Apple provides purchase and subscription information, such as a product identifier, transaction identifier, and subscription status. We use it to unlock paid access, restore purchases, and apply free-play limits. Apple processes payments. We do not receive your card number.

Online game requests. When you launch an Instant Game, the server delivering it receives technical request information such as your IP address, the game requested, and the time of the request. It may also receive basic device and App information needed to deliver and protect the game. If a content partner hosts the game, that partner receives the information necessary to serve it.

Usage and diagnostics. We may process an App installation identifier, device model, iOS and App versions, feature-use events, session information, and crash or performance reports. We use these to operate the App, investigate errors, and improve compatibility. These events do not include the contents of imported games or saves. An installation identifier is treated as data that may be associated with use of the App, not as anonymous data.

Support. If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and anything you choose to attach. Please avoid sending game files or other information we do not need to answer your request.

We do not require access to your contacts, microphone, camera, or precise location to use the App. We do not receive your payment card details.

3. How we use information

We use information to deliver Instant Games, recognize purchases, restore subscription access, apply free-play limits, maintain the App, prevent abuse, fix crashes, and respond to support requests.

We do not sell personal information or show third-party advertising in the App. We do not use the Apple advertising identifier to track your activity across other companies’ apps and websites.

4. Instant Games and third parties

Instant Games run within the App but may be delivered by a content partner. A partner’s server may receive the technical request information described above. An Instant Game may use local storage or similar technology to remember progress or settings. Where a partner independently handles information, its own privacy terms may also apply.

An Instant Game does not receive access to the contents of your imported game library merely because you launch it. The App does not provide an Instant Game with access to device permissions without the permissions required by iOS and the App.

We also use Apple for App Store purchases and optional iCloud features. Providers that support hosting, subscription management, analytics, or crash reporting may process the limited information needed for those tasks. We require providers acting on our behalf to protect that information and use it only to provide their services to us.

We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to address a valid legal request. If our business is transferred, information relevant to operating the App may be transferred subject to applicable protections.

5. How long information is kept

Information stored only on your device remains there until you delete it or remove the App. Information in iCloud remains subject to your Apple Account settings and Apple’s data-management controls.

We keep online request logs for up to 90 days and App usage and diagnostic data for up to 14 months, unless a longer period is needed to investigate a security issue or meet a legal obligation. We keep support correspondence for up to 24 months after the request is resolved. Purchase records may be kept longer when necessary to maintain access, resolve billing issues, or meet legal obligations.

After a retention period ends, we delete the information or remove identifiers so it is no longer associated with an individual installation.

6. Your choices and rights

You can delete local game files, saves, and library information in the App or by removing the App. You can manage information stored in iCloud through the App and your Apple Account settings. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold. You may also have rights to object to certain processing. To make a request, email [email protected]. Because the App does not require an account, we may need information that lets us find the relevant records and verify that the request concerns you.

We will respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

7. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.

Individual Instant Games may have different content ratings. The App may restrict access to a game when its content is above the App’s applicable age rating.

8. Security and international processing

We use reasonable measures to protect information, including access controls and secure transmission where appropriate. No electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure.

We are based in the United Kingdom. Providers that support the App may process information in other countries, including the United States. We take steps required by applicable law when information is transferred internationally.

9. Updates and contact

We may update this Privacy Policy if the App or our data practices change. The latest version will be available in the App and will show its effective date. We will provide additional notice of material changes where appropriate.
